• Maintenance of combustion systems on the basis of service-le el agreements, including visual inspection, servicing, function tests and maintenance work, Action take to comply with statutory requirements pursuant to law concerning the protection against harmful effects on the environment and supplementary provision, Pressure Equipment Directive, Plant Safety Directive and DVGW
• Overhaul and repair of combustion equipment, fast rectification of defects to minimize plant downtime, 24-hours on call for emergency service for operations on the Ludwigshafen site, for external customers on request
• Planning, manufacture, procurement, installation and commissioning of turnkey combustion systems
  - Combustion equipment for chemical process facilities(Drying drums, spray towers, calcining kilns, reactors, catalyzers, pressure cookers, fluidized beds, melting pots).
  - Heat-carrier heaters (process heaters, start-up heaters, steam generators)
  - Thermal oxidizer equipment (TNON, TNOG, TNGG)
  - Safety and environmental protection facilities (flares, pipe flares, injector rod flares)
  - Neutral-gas measuring and pressure-control systems and natural-gas piping for 20-mbar systems, 0.5-bar systems, 5-bar systems and 50-bar syxstems
• Plant improvement, improve plants by identifying and making potential savings and enhancement come true, identify and eliminate areas of weakness.
• Guidance, consulting on conceptual design of combustion systems and assistance in performing hazard and safety analyses.

BASF Combustion Equipment We have more than 40 years experience in the design, construction and operation of combustion equipment. To date, over 300 systems have been installed in chemical plants worldwide. The expertise gathered forms the basis for the high quality of our products and engineering services, with respect to energy-efficient, environmentally compatible, low-cost and safe operation. We offer tailor-made solutions for batch-type and continous throughputs of up to 1 million m3/ h STP off-gass and 30,000 m3/ h STP outgoing air.
